Welcome to My Teacher Page!

Hi, my name is Raquel Calderon and I'm one of the Kindergarten teachers here at Frost. This will be the start of my 3rd year teaching Kindergarten and 4th year teaching overall. I have taught two very different grade levels and Kindergarten is my absolute favorite (they are my people)! This year will be a little different than previous years, but we're POLAR BEARS and together we will overcome any challenges we may face. I can't wait to see how much we will all grow this year!

About Me:

I graduated from Frost High School in 2008. I was a paraprofessional for Frost ISD from 2012 to 2017 when I graduated from Texas A&M University- Commerce with my teaching degree.

I love cactus!
My favorite colors are Green and Black.
In my free time, I love spending time with my family, taking pictures and SHOPPING!!!

School COVID Daily Routines

All students will have their temperature checked in the morning before entering the school.
Please bring your own water bottle (something disposable or that can be taken home each night to wash). We will not be using the water fountains.
We will be washing our hands and/or hand sanitizing through out the day!
Please talk with your child to keep hands and objects away from their mouths.
We will try our best to keep a safe distance from one another.
